Spring is here...

Spring has arrived at last, and we are scheduling appointments for pest and rodent control at your homes and businesses. While we have discontinued our weed control services, we are concentrating on managing insects, spiders, and rodents. We urge everyone to call now to secure a spot on our spring list.

Tom and I are thrilled to be celebrating our 14th year in business and look forward to seeing all of our clients this season.

I wanted to take a moment and share how we run our business...

  • When I provide an estimated time for our arrival, please remember it is just an estimate. We strive to be as punctual as possible, but certain factors are beyond our control. If we anticipate being later than the 2-hour window, we will always attempt to call or text. However, be aware that there are times when we are in areas without service and cannot make a call or send a text. To accommodate everything in our schedule, we may occasionally need to start before 8 a.m. I make every effort to text or call everyone the night before your appointment, as calling days in advance is challenging due to weather conditions.

  • I manage answering the phone, returning messages, scheduling, and bookkeeping, all while working in the field doing pest control. Because of this, please understand that I might sometimes miss returning a call or scheduling an appointment. If you call and don't get a response, please send me a text or call again to remind me. It's not intentional; I just have many responsibilities, and occasionally things get overlooked.

  • We email our invoices, typically before we leave your driveway or as soon as we regain service in areas without coverage. If you don't find your invoice, please check your spam folder. If it still hasn't arrived by the end of the day, feel free to text me. Occasionally, I might enter the wrong email address due to human error.

  • Cancellations disrupt the schedule. If you cancel your appointment, we will reschedule you for the next time our route passes through your area. If cancellations become frequent, a cancellation fee will be applied. When arranging an appointment with us, please note that the only way to ensure a specific time frame is by booking the first appointment of the day, provided it aligns with our route.

  • If we provide rodent services and we have to get into a locked location, you will need to either provide us with a key or make arrangements to have it unlocked when we get there. We will not make scheduled appointments for our monthly rodent visits.

  • The product we utilize is NOT typically designed for immediate elimination. It is intended to have a lasting effect and work over an extended period. Therefore, it is common to observe live insects after our departure. Additionally, it is usual to find dead insects several weeks later. Recognizing that it may take a few days for the product to fully activate, please don't hesitate to contact us if you continue to experience problems.

  • Regrettably, we aren't miracle workers. Being in the pest control industry, it's not feasible to eradicate every pest in your vicinity. It's common to spot a few insects around your home occasionally.

  • PETS: Over the past year, we've faced significant problems with dog bites. Both Tom and I have been bitten multiple times, and it's left me with a bit of PTSD. We adore animals, but it can be quite frightening for dogs when we enter their space with a noisy machine. For the safety of both the pets and ourselves, we request that all dogs be secured while we are on the property.

  • If you have any concerns, please give me a call at 406-261-8865. Our goal is to help you with all your pest control needs.
